Living with hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS/HSD), or POTS is overwhelming enough. Add in pelvic floor dysfunction, and suddenly even the most basic parts of life—going to the bathroom, exercising, intimacy, or simply standing for long periods—can feel impossible. That’s exactly why I created this guide: a comprehensive, step-by-step resource that connects the dots and gives you the tools to take back control of your body.
Unlike the free guide, which is designed to give you a taste of support and education, this full guide goes deep. At just $22, you’ll get an evidence-based, holistic roadmap that helps you understand why your body feels the way it does and what you can actually do about it.
What’s Inside

Why I Created this Guide
Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health and chronic conditions. But more importantly, I live this life, too.
For years, I struggled with unexplained pain, fatigue, bladder and bowel issues, and symptoms that simply just didn’t make sense. It wasn’t until after two pregnancies and years of searching for answers that I finally received diagnoses of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and POTS. Suddenly, the missing pieces fell into place and I finally understood myself for the first time. The joint instability, chronic pain, pelvic symptoms, and fatigue and overwhelm - that so many providers brushed off as normal or just anxiety.
I created this guide because I know firsthand how isolating and confusing it feels to live in a hypermobile body that looks “fine” on the outside but doesn’t function that way inside. This is a resource I wish I had years ago - filled with education and practical tools, rooted in both lived experience and over 13 years of clinical expertise. My mission is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that actually work for your body.
